Shipping policy

Every pair ordered from Sneaker Den is inspected and packed with care before it leaves our facility in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

1. Shipping Territory & Cost

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Cost: All orders ship free, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, move into processing the next business day.

3. Handling Time

Once placed, orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Handling time does not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimate

Transit Time: 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, to all U.S. destinations.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days from the time your order is placed.

We ship with trusted national carriers, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

5. Local Pickup

Sneaker Den does not currently offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Additional charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Shipping Delays or Damage

If your order arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimate above, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help right away.
