2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and reflect the final product price before applicable tax, with no hidden processing fees. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order through secure payment providers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States, with free shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Handling time is 1–2 business days, transit time is 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Sneaker Den does not currently offer local pickup; all orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 21-day return window on eligible sneakers, in new or slightly used condition as shipped. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.

5. No Restocking Fees

Sneaker Den does not charge restocking fees on approved returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard change-of-mind returns; we cover return costs for defective or incorrect items.

6. Product Listings

We make every effort to keep sizing, descriptions, and pricing accurate. If an error appears in a listing, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel and fully refund an affected order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, images, and product descriptions — belongs to Sneaker Den and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sneaker Den is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
